Customer Javier from Glidewell Dental would like the ability to view phone-related data such as Network Port Speed which is not stored in the CM or RIS databases, but rather on the phone itself (see attached screenshot.)
Also, the customer noted that UpLinx has this functionality in their Phone Inventory Report tool (see attached screenshot.)
