Add Self-Service Portal usage to Reporting

Customer would like the ability to see a report of end user utilization of the aPM Self-Service Portal, showing which users access it and at which times, in order to gauge individual and overall user engagement with the feature. A bonus would be a graphic display illustrating overall usage frequency.
