Currently in Provisioning Manager 5, we only support "Assign Primary Phone at provision" with CSF and CIPC device types.
In CUCM, you are able to assign Primary Phone with Cisco Dual Mode device types. We need to add the ability to "Assign Primary Phone at provision" to these device types as well.
