aPM 5 - Add Visual Phone Editor and Phone Swap to Reporting

Customer Jesse Hebert (Presidio) on behalf of World Bank is requesting the ability to see a more complete audit trail by including Visual Phone Editor and Phone Swap usage in System > Reporting > Audit Trail.

Currently (in aPM 5.0.7), they can only see the results/details of Visual Phone Editor and Phone Swap actions in the aPM logs which isn't a plausible method to identify and track the use of these features.
