Client, Citadel, would like an option to select to use a job template setting vs a site template setting.
Scenario:
Client has several sites and has a specific call forwarding css configured for their Site Template. There are times that the call forwarding css needs to be different than what is configured in the Site Template. Instead of having several site templates with different CSS, client wants the ability to choose, for example, whether to use the Site Template Line specific settings or Line Template settings for their provision.
