Client, Citadel, would like the ability to remove a phones current control device associations from users when provisioning and overwriting an existing phone.
At the moment, if you run a provision to "add/overwrite" a phone to another user, it keeps the current association to the previous user under controlled devices. This is not ideal since they run auto offboarding, and the device gets deleted since the association to the previous user still exist.
