Client, TBWA Media Arts Lab, would like the ability to clear the Clear Auto Provision List on a schedule.

Use case: Client has freelance users that come and go from the company so their accounts get de-activated and re-activated later. After they get auto provisioned, the user stays on the clear auto provision list and they have to manually be removed so they can be provisioned again. Client wants to be able to set a schedule to clear the Clear Auto Provision List.
