I want my operations groups to be able to create translation patterns to temporarily support call forwarding of calls when a user leaves our company. I need that group to create the pattern and delete it once the call forwarding period expires. My problem is that I don’t want them to have the ability to delete the patterns I use to support inbound/outbound call routing on our phone system.
This can be done with DNs and the user would like it to be available in translation patterns as well.
