I would like to setup automation for the onboarding of attorneys, paralegals, and staff. Below are some screenshots of the jobs I run to onboard an attorney.

Onboard new attorney (3 steps):

In automation, if I choose Auto Provision, the only job available of the 3 listed above is the 2nd job “Atty/LA (New) Step 2 – Add Phone, EM, CSF, Line, & VM”. This is because automation only allows for “Add” jobs when onboarding.

This is just one example of the issues I have with this feature. My off-board process for attorneys is also 3 steps which include Edit, Add, and Delete Jobs.
