Customer use case: We use PLAR's which do not get assigned a pattern, so we need the abilty to add & edit Translation Patterns with out a pattern (i.e. an empty 'Translation Pattern' field) which is allowed by CUCM.
I tried a few things and it looks like there's currently no way to add a translation pattern without a pattern. Screenshots attached.
