Customer use case: We have a client that has locations across the world. They recently complained that Akkadian is unable to use characters with diacritical marks for the various names/cultures that use them worldwide.
Several examples of these characters can be seen in the names below:

Noël
Sørina
Adrián
François
Mátyás
The request is for APM to support all known characters having diacritical marks on End User templates ('First Name' and 'Last Name' fields) as well as Device templates ('Description' field), for both Add and Edit templates.
