When deploying Cisco phones, the default installed ringtone is Sunrise, which is not professional and makes timing the answering of calls between an admin and boss impossible.
Note that this inconsistency in ringtones (and the prevalence of Sunrise) is causing lots of phone coverage issues: in our environment an attorney and admin agree on x number of rings before the admin answers a call. Because Sunrise is a totally non-standard ring cycle (it's much longer than 6 seconds), timing that number of rings before answering is impossible, which angers the attorneys when they perceive the admin is picking up too soon (because they have a ringtone other than Sunrise).
In order to ensure professionalism and uniformity in the office, we'd like to be able to run a report showing all phones and their associated ringtones in our cluster. Currently there's no way to even see that information unless you're at the phone, or use remote phone control in aPM, which is cumbersome and timely.
By running this report I'd be able to see who the outliers are, and could change ringtones by user to ensure that calls can be covered efficiently.
