It would be great if end users could request changes in the Self-service Portal that line up with existing Jobs. The requested Job would then be on hold until reviewed and approved internally. Once approved, the APM administrator/provisioner could then run/schedule the job.
Also consider the ability to initiate device pool moves as well. This could accommodate scenarios where an employee changes office locations or is promoted.
The scenario that spawned this request is a customer which has ~28 schools submits approximately 300 MACD tickets at the beginning of the school year. This is seen across our customer base: these MACDs requests are generated because of name changes, promotions, moving from middle school to high school, changing departments, etc.
