Citadel, woud like the ability to assign a Target Device to the End User of the Source Device when performing a phone swap. Customer use case below:

We have users who travel across regions and use the Webex desktop app. In order for the phone to show up in phone control list, the device needs to be associated to the user. So the Desktop team would use the Swap feature to copy their phone and then have to manually associate the device to the user. It would be great if Swap could also associate the device to the user.
