Our sys admins uses Jobs to create users. When they run the jobs to create the users, the majority of the time, they will receive an error. It turns out that there is a voicemail box with the same extension already assigned. Because Provisioning Manager only has access to voicemail boxes that are LDAP’d, sys admins cannot access the voicemail box to delete them. They would have to come to us. We are able to create a local phone, line and voicemail. However, if we wish to access the local voicemail box to modify or delete, it cannot be retrieved.
