As part of my Unity voicemail PIN reset job, I would like to include a check to set the "VoiceMail Application Access" = Active. I've been unable to find this setting in the Editing Template for Unity Voicemail.
This is one setting that has been coming up in our environment recently and would provide my help desk staff with a near 100% resolution for voicemail “lockouts”.
