Customer is using Provisioning Manager with Microsoft Teams only. All of their DN Pools are Universal type (Templates > DN Management > Universal) and they currently have 983 DN Pools and expect that number to grow to over 1200.
Their provisioning team needs to know if a phone number already exists in another DN Pool.
Could you please increase the search scope for the search box on the Universal DN Pool page to also search for phone numbers within the pools?
The ability to type a phone number into the search box (or a new search box) and see if it's present in an existing pool(s) will allow users to search across all DN Pools to ensure they're not duplicating data in their system.
