Integrate RIS Database Data into SQL Reports
Description: Extend Report Manager's capabilities to pull and join data from the Realtime Information Services Database (RISdb) to include phone registration status in SQL reports. This integration would allow for comprehensive reports that show which phones are registered or unregistered. While the "Device Registration" report under System > Reporting contains this information, it is only accessible to administrators.
Justification: Adding phone registration status to SQL reports would empower field technicians to quickly identify and address unregistered or offline devices, ensuring better compliance and efficient phone deployment. Providing this capability within existing reports would reduce the need for system level only views and improve visibility for essential phone status data without requiring Akkadian system level permissions.
