Ability to send reports to FTP in Reporting Manager
Customer is requesting that we extend the Reporting Manager feature in APM to send reports to FTP; currently, you are only able to send reports via email.
Ultimately, the customer wants the ability to send daily reports to external systems so they can be accessed and processed during the day without placing additional AXL load on CUCM / APM live during the day.
