Allow UCCE Agents with varying attributes in the same bulk job
Currently, there is no way to create a bulk job where the UCCE Agents being provisioned could have varying skills, teams, etc. The development team confirmed that there is currently no way to work around this limitation.
Customer is requesting a feature enhancement that could allow for this to work. One solution would be to add a UCCE section to Site Templates; a drawback to this approach is that it would still require the creation of additional Site Templates for each variation in UCCE attributes.
Another possibility would be a feature enhancement that would allow for the insertion of GVs in the UCCE template fields instead of the current select-only drop-downs.
