Request:
The customer is requesting a feature within Akkadian Provisioning Manager (APM) that allows administrators to lock Directory Numbers (DNs) to prevent them from being deleted via APM.
Use Case:
In CUCM, certain DNs are actively used for critical functions (e.g., Cisco Emergency Responder - CER) and must remain in the system. While the current exception list prevents these numbers from being provisioned or reused, it does not prevent deletion.
Requested Functionality:
Ability to lock specific DNs so they cannot be deleted through APM by any user or automation.
Optional integration with the existing exception list for ease of management.
A warning or block mechanism when a delete action is attempted on a locked DN.
