In Provisioning Manager, we currently support the phone filters "Unregistered", "Rejected", and "Unkown".
In CUCM there is another phone status as "Partial Registered." When doing a search within the Auto Delete phone configuration, the phones with "Partial Registered" appear in the result when using the "Unknown" phone filter option.

This acutally should be a defect as unknow should not capture partially registered devices.
