Use case: Client grants remote, non-technical users access to aPM in order to perform on-boarding tasks within their particular office location. Using filters, each account is restricted to having permission only to devices in their own respective device pools.
When a user is about to provision a phone and line, they want them to be able to pull up a report to show currently provisioned devices with DNs and usernames for reference so that they can remain consistent with formatting/syntax, etc.
They would also like to use the report details for back-billing purposes, allowing the remote admins to confirm license utilization.
