Client Mike of Pacificorp takes minor issue with the awkward/ungrammatical/inflexible wording in the top section of the Portal after signing in. The highlighted words are static. If you don’t select Branding and populate Company Name, the text will read “Welcome to the Unified Communications Self-Service.”
He wants to be able to customize the entire text string in the top section or omit it altogether. It would be okay even if it said, “Welcome to the {Company Name} Self-Service Portal.”
Client is running 4.50.xx today.
