Automatically remove aPM access for a user (added via AD Group Mapping) when removed from the AD Group

Client Larry of First Citizens Bank would like aPM to automatically remove access to aPM for a user (added via AD Group Mapping) when that user is removed from the AD Group on the AD side.

Currently, this is a one-way street: a user added through the AD Group Mapping feature and then later removed from the AD Group on the AD side can still log in to aPM. Removing such a user's access to aPM remains a manual process via aPM web administration. --wP
