Client, Westfield Group, would like the ability to check if a user has a webex meetings account by checking against an existing email instead of the user id.
Scenario: Client has changed User ID naming conventions from TXXXX to AXXXX. They have user accounts with the user id as TXXXX that leave. When that user comes back they get a new user ID with AXXXX, and when they are provisioned, they get a webex meetings error that the user/email already exist (email does not change when the user comes back)
