Customer would like the ability to create multiple super admin accounts on their aCS server. There is no way to create an additional account with the same level of access as the super administrator account.
Having multiple users with a super user account would offer a separation of powers for multiple support teams, all of whom have to have access to the admin/troubleshooting of the platform.
