I am a receptionist for Camping World in Denton, TX. I hope I can explain this correctly, there is a feature that I feel is missing from Akkadian. On the physical phone I use at work, I can consult transfer to either a hunt group or individual, consult with them, and then press the transfer button to send them the call. On Akkadian, there is no equivalent to pressing a transfer button that would send the call after consulting. As far as I understand, to do this on Akkadian I would have to dial the extension again and then direct transfer. It would be great if I could simply click a button in Akkadian just like I click a button to complete a consult transfer on the phone.
