Issue reported by Diane from K& L Gates. Akkadian Console client software it is called Transfer and the other one is Direct Transfer.
I just did not understand why they renamed it “Redirect” in Web Console. Attached are the icons shown in the thick client.

To add some clarity, we should be matching the Redirect, Join, & Blind Transfer icons and their respective actions in the Web console to those of the aCO thick client.
