Customer case: My Receptionists all have a shared line associated with their profiles, and although they can all see those calls to the shared line in call history, we'd like to see specific call details (not just the caller ID, but specifically who the call was for).
To be more detailed, when a call comes in for our attorneys, if they don't answer, those calls roll to x3300, which is the shared line on all receptionist phones. In Console Web, they see any of those calls in the call history tab, but they want to be able to see who the call came in FOR in addition to who the caller was.
