We use Webex endpoints (CSF, TCT, BOT) that are registered to CUCM. So for example I’m using my CUCM-registered Webex softphone with my CUCM x1816 on it. ACO isn’t reflecting when a user is on their phone using a Webex client (either softphone or mobile). When the physical Cisco phone is used ACO shows the line is buys/red, but if Webex is involved the status doesn’t seem to update.
