Ability to modify CSS on Call Forward Configuration

Ability to modify CSS on Call Forward Configuration in Dashboard Search > Lines section

I would like to request the ability to set or have the option to modify the CSS for call forward and call pickup settings for the line. It is grayed out when I try to modify it. The only way to modify it now is to go through CUCM. Please see attachment. Thanks!
