Timezone Selection for Call History Report Export

Currently, the Operators Call History Report displays timestamps in the local server timezone (e.g., EDT) when viewed in the web portal. However, when the same report is exported as a CSV file, the timestamps are formatted in UTC.

This discrepancy causes confusion for users reviewing and reconciling report data outside the portal, as the exported data no longer aligns with what is seen in the UI.

Timezone Control Options:

  • Provide a timezone selection option when initiating a report export (e.g., dropdown to select UTC, server local time, or custom timezone).

  • Alternatively, allow timezone configuration via:

    • User-specific setting: Each user can define a preferred timezone for reports.

    • Server-wide setting: An administrator can define a default export timezone for all users.
