Customer would like the option to enable a pop-up window upon receiving an incoming call whereby the end user could take actions from it such as answering the call.
The end users are used to this behavior from when they were using the aCO thick client, and they found it useful as they are constantly multi-tasking, using different applications and browser tabs. The main reason why they need to use Jabber as their aCO-monitored devices is because it gives them this functionality; if the Web Console had this feature, they could move away from Jabber.
