Customer would like the option to monitor the aCS server via SNMP. SNMP is not currently an active feature; the "Enable SNMP" option remains as a non-functioning menu option (5. Appliance Manager Settings > 5. Enable SNMP) in the Akkadian Appliance Manager for aCS.
The customer's environment uses SNMP for monitoring, so this is something they would really like to see going forward. They don’t have any special MIBs, only the standard net-snmp reporting that almost certainly exists at the OS level (although maybe it’s not installed as part of the package.)
