David Crawford from would like for us to add an option in the Groups section of ACS to be able to restrict users from being able to add custom speed dials. They would like for users to use a a centralized speed dial list and nothing else.

At the moment when offboarding a user, the user needs to be associated via the line device association to link an end user to the line. Client will like the ability to use Primary Extension as the link between an end user and line.
